BEGINNER PIANO LESSONS

The Piano Studio of Maria DeBacco focuses on beginner piano lessons that help students embark on their musical journey with confidence and enjoyment. I bring 40 years of piano performance experience and hold two Master's degrees in Piano Performance, which allows me to guide each student personally through the basics. From the very first lesson, I introduce elements of classical piano training and gospel piano training, giving beginners a taste of different styles while building a strong foundation. I teach children with no prior experience, adult beginners, teens, seniors, and students with special needs or learning accommodations, tailoring every lesson to the individual. As a dedicated piano instructor, I make sure that students feel encouraged, motivated, and comfortable as they learn each new skill.

Lessons take place in my home studio or can be arranged as mobile sessions for convenience. I focus on developing proper technique, reading music, and rhythm skills, preparing beginners to progress confidently to more advanced studies if they wish. I also offer guidance for those interested in accompaniment or exploring different musical genres.
